Horse upkeep

Gramina Stables offers 44 stalls. The facilities available to clients include a tack room, feed room, horse wash bay with warm water, blanket washing and drying area (equipped with an industrial washing machine for blankets and saddle pads), solarium, changing room, storage space, and a horse walker. The stables are well-ventilated, and each stall features a large window, making the environment suitable even for horses with respiratory issues.

For training, there is a 30x70m indoor arena available during the winter months, and in the summer, a 50x80m competition arena with an ebb-and-flow irrigation system, along with a 25x60m warm-up arena. All arenas are surfaced with a high-quality sand and fiber mixture. Regular maintenance and watering ensure optimal training conditions.

The entire facility is fenced, and access is restricted to individuals affiliated with the stables. During the autumn and winter seasons, horses are turned out in mud-free paddocks with wooden fencing, while in summer they graze in larger grass paddocks. The stall rental includes unlimited hay, morning and evening feeding of 2 kg of Eggersmann Kombi (or the owner’s own feed), daily turnout, and stall cleaning.

Several reputable trainers offer lessons in both show jumping and dressage. Horses are cared for by knowledgeable and attentive stable staff, who are quick to observe and report any changes in the horses’ condition or needs.

The stables are well-connected to the city via public transport, with buses running approximately every 30 minutes.
